We process the data you send us through the contact form or by email to handle your enquiries and quote requests. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Name, email or phone number, service of interest and the content of your message.
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. The web hosting provider (Nominalia) and the form delivery service access the data as processors: Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States). This provider is outside the European Economic Area, so the processing may involve an international data transfer, carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any potential liabilities.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacte@estudivertex.cat. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
